PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved version of a plug holder strip that has effectively resolved the problem concerning the sealing and alignment of each plug with the storage battery cover and has been made easy from the viewpoint of manufacturing engineering. SOLUTION: Each plug 14 is inserted in the through hole 12 of the supporting structure 6, and the combining means 26, 28 surround the through hole 12 and comprises a ring shape seal member 26 that seals between the above plug 14 and the supporting structure 6 and a holding means 28 that presses the plug 14 on the seal member 26 jointly with the supporting structure 6 and holds the movement of the plug 14 for the supporting structure 6.
