PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic self emitting type display in which electrode breaking and short-circuit between electrodes is prevented. SOLUTION: An organic self light emitting-type display is provided with a first thin film transistor arranged on a transparent substrate, a second thin film transistor which is controlled by the first thin film transistor, an anode which is connected to the second thin film transistor and an organic EL device which has an organic light emitting region arranged on the anode and a cathode arranged on the organic light emitting region. The anode is connected to the second thin film transistor through a laminated film having a plurality of insulation films that are filmed on the first and the second thin film transistors.
