PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the financial burden associated with dust collection treatment and to ensure the freeness of a design such as the shape or the like of a dust collection box. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped dust collection filter 2 is held in a dust collection box 1 by a holding frame 5 and a reinforcing plate 11 and a separation plate 12 are arranged so as to hold the dust collection filter 2 and the dust collection box 1 is partitioned into a suction chamber and an exhaust chamber by the dust collection filter 2. Air holes 12a are respectively bored in the reinforcing plate 11 and the separation plate 12 and the reinforcing plate 11 is arranged on the side of the exhaust chamber to reinforce the form of the dust collection filter 2 and the separation plate is arranged on the side of the exhaust chamber in opposed relation to the adsorbing surface of the dust collection filter so as to be able to be drawn out toward the opening part 1a of the side surface of the dust collection box 1 and the layered fibrous dust G bonded to the adsorbing surface of the dust collection box 1 is peeled from the adsorbing surface by moving the separation plate toward the opening part.
