<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable two interfaces of a single end signal and a differential signal by few signal conductors. SOLUTION: At unidirectional communication time in the single end signal, the signal is supplied to a receiver 6 via damping resistances R1 and R2 from a transmitter 5. At other directional communication time, the signal is supplied to a receiver 7 via the damping resistances R1 and R2 from a transmitter 8. In that case, transmitters 9 and 12 of the differential signal and receivers 10 and 11 of the differential signal are disabled, and are set in high impedance to a communication passage. At unidirectional communication time of the differential signal, the signal is supplied to the receiver 10 via a terminal resistance R1 from the transmitter 9. At other directional communication, the signal is supplied to the receiver 11 via a terminal resistance R2 from the transmitter 12. In that case, the transmitters 5 and 8 of the single end signal and the receivers 6 and 7 of the single end signal are made disable, and are set in high impedance to the communication passage.</p> |
