PURPOSE: A construction method of a preflex composite bridge using a manufacturing method of a preflex beam for inducing compressive force on casing concrete of a point is provided to improve work efficiency without inducing additional compressive force. CONSTITUTION: The construction method of a preflex composite bridge using a manufacturing method of a preflex beam for inducing compressive force on casing concrete of a point comprises the steps of bolting preflex steel beams(2) for primary, secondary and third piers vertically, then placing over a loading plate(1), fixing each end using a form bolt(6), installing a hydraulic jack(4) between preflex steel beams(2) on a preflex loading point, adding preflex load, covering a tension zone except a joint of the preflex steel beams with casing concrete, curing the surface of the covered casing concrete, then removing the loaded preflex load and separating the connected preflex steel beams.
