PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an organoalkoxysiloxane as economically and continuously as possible. SOLUTION: In the first step, an organotrichlorosilane (i), water (ii) and an alcohol (iii) are mixed together in the molar ratio of 1:(0.59-0.95):(0.5-100) and are reacted at 0-150 deg.C while eliminating HCl from the reaction system. After an average residence time of 0.5-180 minutes, the crude product is moved into a reaction-distillation tower of the second step. Alcohol and HCl are discharged as top products and organoalkoxysiloxane mixture is obtained as a bottom product, while the reaction-distillation tower of the second step is driven at a bottom temperature of 50-200 deg.C.
