PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-lubricating system capable of adjusting height. SOLUTION: This invention is related to the self-lubricating pulley system capable of adjusting height, using for an arc fryer of a twisting device, twisting a raw wire. By selecting a pair of openings from plural openings at a couple of side plates of pulley and fixing a pulley spindle, pulley height is able to be adjusted and an interval between the arc fryer and a cable through the whole cable path along with the arc fryer can be controlled. The pulley is self-lubricated by the effect of covering the pulley spindle by a self-lubricating liner material such as a polytetra-fluoro-ethylene and another resin filer.
