PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lure whose main body can be floated along a line to impart movements needed for attracting the biting of a fish, and which scarcely causes that the hook of the lure body is entangled with a water bottom or the line to snag, has excellent operability, has a simple structure, can easily be made, has excellent profitability, can adjust the buoyancy in a proper range for well maintaining the movements of the lure, enables the perception of a strike without needing a skill, and enables the sure operation of a spinning rod, and to provide a fishing tackle which uses the lure, can stably horizontally maintain the lure in the loosed state of the line, and can well ensure the operability of the lure. SOLUTION: This lure 10 is characterized by comprising a lure body 11 whose apparent specific gravity is smaller than that of water, and a line- inserting hole 12 passing though the lure body 11.
