PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold packing apparatus for bread dough enabling the bread dough to be uniformly charged into and placed on a baking mold. SOLUTION: This mold packing apparatus for bread dough has the following construction: there is provided a bread baking mold for containing a plurality of bread dough pieces each bent to a specified shape, a bread dough container with an openable bottom for dropping and placing bread dough pieces therethrough into and on the baking mold is set above the mold; wherein the bread dough container is provided with a plurality of partition plates therein so as to be vertically movable.
