PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic structural body having a part whose structure has been changed by irradiating a very-short-pulse laser having a pulse width of 10<-12> seconds or less. SOLUTION: This plastic structural body has a structure changed part whose structure has been changed by irradiating a laser having a pulse width of 10<-12> seconds or less. The laser having the pulse width of 10<-12> seconds or less may have an irradiation energy of 500 mW or less. The plastic structural body may have the structure changed part inside it. Preferably, the structure changed part extends along the direction parallel or perpendicular to the laser irradiation direction. The shape of a cross section of a surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the structure changed part includes a generally circular or a generally rectangular shape. The change of the structure in the structure changed part includes the change of the structure due to crosslinking reaction, phase separation, or decomposition reaction. |
