摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excitation control device that minimizes external disturbance which are given to the operation of a synchronous machine, when selection systems are changed over. SOLUTION: In an excitation control device in which one adjusting device operates as a working system and another one as a stand-by system, each of adjusting devices 4a, 4b being provided with a first follow-up circuit, that inputs and output voltage and a voltage set value of the other system to change a voltage set value of an own system, according to the difference signals when the other system is selected. Inside each of PI adjusters 27a, 27b, comparison elements 10a, 10b, that input the difference signal between the output voltage and the voltage set value of the own system for amplifying a specified gain; a second follow-up circuit that inputs an output of a PI adjuster of the other system, to output the difference signal between an output of the comparing element of the own system and an output of the PI adjuster of the other system, when the other system is selected, and that outputs an output of the PI adjuster of the own system, when the own system is selected; and first-order lag elements 20a, 20b, that integrate a given time constant in accordance with the output signal of the second following circuit, are provided. The output of the PI adjuster of the own system is outputted according to the comparing element of the own system and the output of the first-order lag element.</p>
