PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag filter of a particulate treating device capable of totally requiring no synchronization adjusting work of an internal environment of a box structure body and an internal environment of the bag filter without impairing both environments, realizing a whole labor-saving of a workability and a cost without impairing an efficiency of production, certainly preventing a washing solvent from being reacted with an impurity in an external air and restricting no material to be treated in spite of the bag filter 8 used with the box structure body of a clean box 2, etc. SOLUTION: The bag filter 8 is constituted of a casing 81 in which a predetermined filtration means such as a bag cloth 82, etc., is arranged at the inside and an opening/closing cover is provided on an opening 812a for maintenance thereof. The bag filter 8 is accommodated in the box structure body such as the clean box 2, etc., so as to realize an opening/cleaning operation of the opening/closing cover 812.
