PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold privacy among photographers by enabling only a photographer who has photographed images to utilize the images recorded in a digital camera shared by a plurality of persons. SOLUTION: A fingerprint information collating part 106 collates a user fingerprint read by a fingerprint information reading part 102 with the fingerprint of a registered person stored in a fingerprint information storing part 104. The folder name of a user who turns out to be the registered person is stored in a user displaying part 108, and a microcomputer 52 that receives an instruction from a user performs the user instruction with respect to only images recorded in the folder of the user among images recorded in a memory 30 while sorted to the folder of each registered person by referring to the displaying part 108.
