PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing artificial thread by performing extrusion twice of a low-density thermoplastic resin drawn yarn through a nozzle means is provided which produces yarns having excellent softness, air permeability, heat resistance and restoring force, and a texture and shape similar to natural material such as a sedge, arrowroot, bamboo, reed, rice straw, or yam. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: an extrusion unit(100) mixing raw material and extruding at 180 to 200deg.C; a dice forming a fine S-shaped convex or concave on the surface of a circular film; a cooling/slit unit(110) cooling the circular film while compressing in a two-fold flat shape, cutting and splitting with a plurality of cutters: a drawing unit drawing the film in a drawing ratio of 6 to 8:1 with a drawing device; an annealing unit(130) reducing a shrinkage rate of the drawn film; a yarn storage unit(140) temporarily storing the drawn yarn; a nozzle unit(20) comprising a first nozzle for melt-forming at 110 to 130deg.C and a second nozzle for melt-forming at 190 to 230deg.C; a drawing unit(40); and a winding/cutting unit(50). |
