PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity in a horizontal hot forging machine, and to reduce the cost by employing a work knock-out system in which formed stocks in the knock-out is not deformed in a forming die for forming an internal gear, and developing a cooling means of a tooth part of the forming die. SOLUTION: An internal gear tooth forming device employs a work knock-out ring 4 to realize the work knock-out system in which the formed stocks in the knock-out are not deformed by correctly water-cooling an internal gear tooth forming part 2 of the forming die 1 and the periphery of the forming die 1. The durability of the tooth forming part 2 is considerably improved, and the internal gear tooth forming part is a horizontal high-speed hot forging machine.
