PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for transferring a powder- removed film using rotary coating, which is used for surface processing for a printing sheet material. SOLUTION: The method and the apparatus for transferring of the powder- removed film using rotary coating is for performing the transfer of the film by bringing a rotary brush into contact with the surface of a material to be coated, which is temporarily fixed to a running belt, while normally and reversely rotating the brush to strip off powder on the surface of the material to be coated and after sucking and removing the powder with reduced pressure and applying an ultraviolet setting type coating material by a rotary coater.
