TUBE OUTER DIAMETER CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube outer diameter control system for automatically controlling the outer diameter of a tube so as to shorten a manufacturing time and achieve labor saving. SOLUTION: The tube outer diameter control system is attached to a tube manufacturing line and has a camera 21 for taking in the outer diameter of the tube, an image processor 23 for operationally processing the outer diameter value of the tube taken in by the camera 21, a touch screen 22 to which the outer diameter control target value of the tube is inputted by a worker, a controller 24 for operating deviation from the outer diameter value of the tube after operational processing inputted from the image processor 23 and the control target value of the tube inputted from the touch screen 22 and an electropneumatic pressure converter 25 for converting the adjustment of the amount of air sent into a first stretching part from the on-off degree command value outputted from the controller 24.
