PURPOSE: A system for managing the web base integrated measurement is provided to construct an efficient maintenance management system by knowing a repair and reinforcement time previously through a real-time automatic safety monitoring system. CONSTITUTION: A web server receives the data transmitted from a remote measuring instrument in the real-time and shows the data on a web. The server provides a management standard value input window for making a manager input a management standard value, a report input window making a user input a report, a daily management window making the user input a schedule, a meeting input window making the manager input a meeting schedule, and a SMS(Short Message Service) or mail input window making the user send a SMS or a mail to other user. In case that a measuring data above the management standard value, the server generates an alarm and warns the manager of an alarm call.
