COOLING AND HEATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system is provided to heat and cool using heat and cold accumulating effect of hypocaust. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system includes a main heat source equipment(110) generating hot water or cold water by heat source using fuel such as gas or oil; a hot and cold water supply tube(150) circulating hot water or cold water generated by the main heat source equipment in a room; an indoor temperature setting detecting sensor(530) installed in the room and detecting indoor temperature to compare with preset temperature; a heat exchanger(300) circulating hot water or cold water supplied by the hot and cold water supply tube in a floor of the room to make hot water or cold water exchange heat according to signal impressed by the indoor temperature setting detecting sensor; a branching pipe(250) installed on a middle of the hot and cold water supply tube to branch so as to bypass hot water; an auxiliary heat source equipment(200) installed on the branching pipe and generating hot water using midnight electrical power as heat source; and a control device having a timer(520) and receiving signal of the timer and the indoor temperature setting detecting signal to select and control supply route of hot water.
