<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide operation management system capable of ensuring fixed performance even when any abnormality is generated in facility. SOLUTION: This operation management system is provided with a check order storing means for storing check order data indicating the order of the check items in a facility, an operation plan data setting means for setting information related with the processing quantity of an object to be processed as operation plan data, a state sensor for detecting the operating state of a facility, a state sensor for detecting the operating situation of facility, standard value data storing means for storing standard value data being a standard for controlling the facility for performing processing corresponding to the operating situation of the facility according to the processing quantity of the operation plan data, and a control means for detecting whether or not any abnormality is generated in the check items according to the order of check stored in the check order storing means based on the detected result of the state sensor, and for reading the standard value data corresponding to the operating state detected by the state sensor from the standard value data storing means when any abnormality is generated in the detected result, and for controlling the operating situation of the facility based on the read standard value data.</p> |
