PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stems/leaves treating machine enabling stems/leaves to be dividedly guided more surely even if they are in suspension on a ridge or a mulching film. SOLUTION: This stems/leaves treating machine is such one that a vehicle body 3 traveling astride a ridge R is mounted with a 1st mechanism 10 for nipping the stems/leaves of a crop planted in the ridge R and pulling out them, a 2nd mechanism 13 for raking in the stems/leaves in front of the 1st mechanism and delivering them to the 1st mechanism 10, and a pair of left and right divider means 29 for dividing the stems/leaves in front of the 2nd means 13 and at left and right sides of the ridge R and guiding them to the 2nd mechanism 13, wherein the divider means 29 have proximity dividers 9 of an elastic material to come close to the ridge R.
