PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the whole composition substantially inorganic and improve the heat resistance, incombustibility and fire resistance. SOLUTION: This inorganic sheet material comprises an inorganic powder and/or inorganic fibers as a main material, inorganic long fibers and an inorganic binder binding the inorganic powder and/or inorganic fibers and inorganic long fibers as an internal additive. The inorganic binder is composed of an inorganic composite comprising metakaolin and a flocculant reactive with the metakaolin. The inorganic powder and/or inorganic fibers and inorganic long fibers are flocculated and bound with the inorganic binder.
