PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination game machine ensuring detection of shot balls in motion. SOLUTION: The combination game machine has, in a game area 1 having a plurality of ball holes 2 arranged therein, a shooting device 12 capable of shooting a predetermined number of game balls 3 for each unit game, a ball entrance detecting means 2a for detecting the entrance of the game balls 3 into the ball holes 2, a shot ball detecting means 19 for detecting the game balls 3 shot by the shooting device 12, and a main control means for counting the number of effective shot balls and determining whether there is a win according to detection signals or the like transmitted from the ball entrance detecting means 2a and the shot ball detecting means 19. The detection signal of the ball entrance detecting means 2a and the detection signal of the shot ball detecting means 19 are processed in different cycles.
