PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system, a mobile telephone used for the system and a mobile audio that enable use of the mobile telephone to easily operate the mobile audio and enable the mobile telephone to display a state of the mobile audio or the like so as to attain two-way communication. SOLUTION: The mobile audio and the mobile telephone perform short distance wireless communication by using the Bluetooth system, when either of IDs is not registered, the mobile telephone downloads a Java applet installed in the mobile audio (#4), and they exchange ID data mutually (#5). In the succeeding communication state, the mobile telephone can control the mobile audio (#12).
