VIBRATION CONTROL BUSH AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling workability of a vibration control bush by facilitating insertion of a bolt into an inner cylinder and to improve working efficiency of diametrically extending work by extending outer diameters of both end parts of a cylinder body by one time pressure contact work. SOLUTION: The outer diameter of the one side end part 4 thin in thickness is extended in diameter by making one side end surface 20 of the inner cylinder 1 contact with a receiver tool 23 and pressure contacting a pressure contact tool 26 on the other side end surface 25 by using the inner cylinder 1 the inner diameter of the one side end part 4 of which is made larger than inner diameters of a central part 5 and the other side end part 6. An outer diameter of the other side end part 6 is extended in diameter by continuing pressure contact of the pressure contact tool 26 after completing diametrical extension of the outer diameter of the one side end part 4, and outer diameters of the both end parts 4, 6 are extended in diameter by one time work.
