PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a moving body properly along a moving route without installing or managing a large-scale facility. SOLUTION: Input of a position necessary for specifying the moving route of buses 3a-3n can be conducted anywhere only by connecting personal computers 4a-4n to a nearest telephone line 2. A manager side needs to have only at least the personal computers 4a-4n for inputting the position on map data provided from a Web server 1. In addition, the manager possessing the plurality of buses 3a-3n can utilize the map data in the common Web server 1 through the telephone line 2.
