PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an LED provided inside an endoscope easily. SOLUTION: A recessed part is formed on a cylindrical member 61. A white LED 70 is provided in the recessed part attachably and detachably. A cup member 65 is attached to an end part of the cylindrical member 61. Threads are formed at the inner circumference of the cup member 65. The cylindrical member 61 is inserted into a tube member 32 at an operational part 30. A bolt 33 is provided on the opening side of the cylindrical member. The cup member 65 is screwed to threads on the outer circumference of the bolt 33. An anode pin 34a, a cathode pin 34b, an incidence end 231 of a light guide 23 are provided inside the tube member 32. The anode pin 34a and the cathode pin 34b are mated with pin receivers 612a, 612b on the cylindrical member 61. Power is supplied from the side of the anode pin 34a and the cathode pin 34b, and the white LED 70 emits light. Light emitted by the white LED 70 enters on the incidenct end 231 of the light guide 23.
