SOLUTION: When the access demand is performed to a server 10 from an access demander node 20, the server 10 sends an agent 24 to the access demander node 20, so that the agent 23 acquires the access demander node information, transmits the same to the server 10, and performs the authentication on the basis of the information, and the sanctions are given to the access demander node 20 through the agent 24.
