PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine by which amusement of a game can be improved. SOLUTION: The slot machine is provided with a control means for performing the control of the game in which a plurality of kinds of patterns are vary-displayed in connection with start operation for starting a single game and in which a prize-winning result mode can be formed by stop operation. The control means performs control by which a plurality of prize-winning result modes can simultaneously be formed as the result of vary-displaying of the patterns. The machine is provided with a replay simultaneous prize-winning control means for performing control about replay simultaneous prize-winning by which a replay prize-winning result mode which gives the right of replay to the player as at least one of the plurality of prize-winning result modes.
