PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot that hardly warps and is easy to control the temperature. SOLUTION: The pot which uses a ferrite system stainless steel having a small coefficient of linear thermal expansion on the induction heating side and a stainless steel having a coefficient of linear thermal expansion larger than the induction heating side inside the pot through aluminum is likely to warp and difficult to control the temperature. Therefore, this is an induction heating pot made of a clad which uses a metal material having a small coefficient of linear thermal expansion on the induction heating side and a metal material having a large coefficient of linear thermal expansion inside the pot body 1 through aluminum. A step 4 for forming an air layer at the bottom part 3 of the pot body 1 is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
