PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove a defective bag from a flow of non-defective bags. SOLUTION: A bag treating apparatus comprises a conveying means (71) for receiving and conveying the bag (12) discharged from a bag making machine (38), an inspecting means (73) for inspecting the bag (12) conveyed by the means (71), a sorting means for sorting the bags (12) in which the good or bad is decided by the means (73) into the non-defective product and the defective product, a stacking means (80) for stacking the bags of the non-defective products, and a discharge means for discharging the bags stacked by the stacking means.
