<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise amplifier capable of reducing gain suppression when receiving a disturbing wave signal with a strong electric field. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor 12 and a resistor 8 detect an output signal voltage from a digital signal amplification dual gate FET 1, the detected voltage is applied to a gate terminal (G3) of an enhancement FET 2, when the input signal level is increased to a degree for producing gain suppression of the digital signal amplification dual gate FET 1, the enhancement FET 2 increases a bias of the digital signal amplification dual gate FET 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
