ELECTROSTATIC FILTER HAVING HIGH DIELECTRIC CONSTANT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An electrostatic filter having high dielectric constant for maintaining functions as a filter for a long period of time by having superior filtering power for micro particle sized dust and ionic materials and high static electricity retention, and an electrostatic sweeper having high dielectric constant for removing micro dust are provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of an electrostatic sweeper having high dielectric constant comprises (a) fiber manufacturing step of manufacturing fiber having diameter of 5 to 20 μm by spinning both 1 to 20 wt.% of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and 80 to 99 wt.% of polypropylene (PP); (b) polarization treatment step of improving dielectric constant of fiber by polarization treating the fiber manufactured in the fiber manufacturing step; (c) short staple manufacturing step of manufacturing staple fiber by cutting the fiber whose dielectric constant is improved in the polarization treatment step; (d) yarn manufacturing step of spinning yarn using the staple fiber manufactured in the short staple manufacturing step; and (e) weaving step of making fabric having density of 5 to 20 wefts or warps within 2.54 cm using the yarn manufactured in the yarn manufacturing step, wherein the fabric is further treated by a method selected from the group consisting of plasma treatment, corona discharging and ion beam treatment methods after the weaving step.
