PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the washing space is so wide that washing and cooling efficiencies of exhaust gas are poor. SOLUTION: An upper opening part 4 of an outer case 2 disposed below a table 1 is formed in an opening part 3 formed in the table 1, an inner case 5 whose upper side is opened is disposed below the upper opening part 4 inside the outer case 2, a suction passage 6 is formed between the outer case 2 and the inner case. Suction holes 8, 8a,... of the suction passage 6 are provided above a grate in the inside wall of the suction passage 6, and the lower end part of an elongated water washing and cooling cylinder 19 disposed in the lower part of the outer case 2 is disposed above the water level in a water tank 23 disposed below the outer case 2. The outer case 2 and the water tank 23 are communicated with each other by the water washing and cooling cylinder 19, a shower nozzle mounted at the tip of a water supply pipe 22 is disposed in the water washing and cooling cylinder 19, and an exhaust duct 40 is connected above the upper limit water surface in the water tank 23. Exhaust gas from the suction passage 6 is collected in the water washing and cooling cylinder 19, and then brought into contact with the washing water to thereby eliminate impurities and perform cooling.
