PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner dispensed with labor at the time of using a blower and improved in the traveling performance of the cleaner body and moreover in sanitization, cleaning the exhaust air and energy saving. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner comprises a handle arm body 25, which rotates around the outer periphery 24 of a vacuum cleaner body 15 having a built-in electric blower 18 and serving as the rotating center 24 thereof, a suction port 19 in front of the rotating center 24 and an exhaust port 20 behind the same.
