PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio control panel which enables direct and accurate remote operation of devices such as pump engine throttles (governors) and delivery cocks (valves) on the side of fire pumps with a two-way data communication system from the side of fire extinguishing discharge pipe nozzles. SOLUTION: A transmitter on the side of the discharge pipe nozzles and a receiver, namely, a control panel on the side of fire pumps are provided with the respective modems which transmit or receive various commands for operations and state displays (machine types having display parts) and responses utilizing a cellular phone circuit system and data for transmitting or receiving the various commands for the operations and the state displays (machine types having display parts) and also the responses are converted to digital data with a communication control part. The two-way communication of data is performed between the control panel, namely, the transmitter on the side of the discharge pipe nozzles and the control panel, namely the receiver on the side of the fire pumps through the respective modems provided on the transmitter and the receiver under an ordinary packet communication system as a two-way data communication system of the cellular phone circuit system.
