PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil agitating apparatus constituted so as to facilitate disassembly and facilitate the repair of component exchange or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of rotary shafts 4 having agitation blades 4a on the periphery are arranged side by side, and soil and a modifier are fed from one end side of the rotary shafts, mixed and discharged from the other end side. The rotary shafts 4 and drive shafts 18 corresponding to the respective rotary shafts 4 are freely attachably and detachably connected by the connection of flanges 27 and 30 inside the frame 3 of the soil agitating apparatus.
