PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a core pack from slipping off from a resin molded part in a using state by coupling the resin molded part to a battery of the core pack tightly. SOLUTION: In a battery pack, the resin molded part 1 is molded by adhering to the end face of a battery so that a part or the whole of the core pack 10 is inserted at a molding chamber 11 of a metal mold 10 to temporarily fix a battery 2. The resin molded part 1 has a lap thin-walled part 11 extended from the end face to the circumferential surface of the battery. This lap thin- walled part 11 is integrally molded at the resin molded part 1, and adhered to the circumferential surface of the battery 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
