PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which a circuit board is integrated to a secondary battery by a resin mold. SOLUTION: The circuit board 3 is arranged on a sealing plate 23 of the secondary battery 2, and as for the secondary battery 2 and the circuit board 3, by filling and molding the resin between them, the both are integrated to form the resin mold body 11. On the resin mold body 11 and the circuit board 3, the upper part resin molded body 97 is adhered, and to the bottom part of a battery can 22, the lower part resin molded body 98 is adhered, and a winding around sheet 13 is wound around the trunk part of the secondary battery 2.
