The pharmaceutical preparation is formulated as a solid or liquid medicament for oral administration. The active ingredient Tolperison that is present as 50/50-racemat or as racemat with a preponderant content of the (-)-isomer or the (+)-isomer is liberated from the preparation in the human body in a delayed manner and preferably in the intestinal canal.
