The present disclosure is related to the use of amides as vasodilator agents, whether natural or synthetic; pure, their mixtures, extracts or formulations; of pharmacological, biotechnological, nutraceutical, cosmetic, biomedical or medicinal interest. The effect was demonstrated through an isolated rat aorta test. The action mechanism was evaluated using enzyme inhibitors participating in different biochemical pathways involved in the vascular smooth muscle relaxation process. |
