PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip antenna, conforming to the request of low input impedance. SOLUTION: The chip antenna comprises a frequency-setting unit 5 made of a conductive pattern on a base 1, in which a projected part 2 and a recessed part 3 are formed mutually on both sides in the elongation direction, and an input impedance setting unit 6. The impedance setting unit 6 includes a first conductive pattern 10, a second conductive pattern 13, and a third conductive pattern 14. In the chip antenna, a starting point 7 of the first conductive pattern 10 and a grounding terminal 8 are short-circuited. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
