PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor which prevents the degradation of a withstand voltage after high-temperature reflow. SOLUTION: Anode foil and cathode foil where an oxide coating layer is formed on its surface are wound sandwiching a separator to form a capacitor element which is restored and formed. The capacitor element is bathed in the mixture liquid of a polymerizable monomer, an oxidant, and a prescribed solvent so that the polymerization reaction of a conductive polymer is generated in the capacitor element, and thus a solid electrolyte layer is formed. The capacitor element is inserted in a jacket case. An open end is attached with sealing rubber and sealed up by caulking. Then aging is performed with an aging voltage being 1.4-1.6 times of a rated voltage at an aging temperature of 100-170°C, and thus the solid electrolytic capacitor is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
