PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide that substantialized contents are copied from an original of the contents. SOLUTION: In the system composed of a contents server 101 having electronic data of contents, a user terminal 104, a substantializing apparatus for substantializing the electronic data and an analyzing apparatus 106 for analyzing electronic data 105 substantialized by the substantializing apparatus, the method is equipped with a first step for adding an electronic signature to an address of the contents and a second step for embedding the address added with the electronic signature in the first step into the contents as electronic watermark information, and the contents with the electronic watermark generated in the second step are distributed to decide that the substantialized contents are copied from the original thereof.
