One should detect patient's serumal immunoreactivity specified by antiopium antibodies and antigen- specific antiantibodies in comparison with normal serum and at increased immunoreactivity specified by antiopium antibodies or antigen-specific antiantibodies, or that and another by 50% one should conclude upon opium narcomania, and at the ratio of 1st immunoreactivity to 2nd one being above 0.8 it is possible to conclude upon narcomania duration to be more than for last 4-6 mo.
