<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter formed by using a photosensitive resin composition having good developability and resolution and a liquid crystal display using the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter and the liquid crystal display include patterns formed by using a photosensitive resin composition comprising (A) a binder polymer, (B) a photopolymerizable compound, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) an auxiliary photopolymerization initiator and (E) a solvent, wherein at least one acetophenone compound is contained as (C) the photopolymerization initiator, at least one amine compound is contained as (D) the auxiliary photopolymerization initiator, the total amount of (C) the photopolymerization initiator and (D) the auxiliary photopolymerization initiator is 0.1 to 20 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass, in total, of (A) the binder polymer and (B) the photopolymerizable compound, and the amount of (D) the auxiliary photopolymerization initiator is 0.6 to 10 parts by mass based on 1 part by mass of (C) the photopolymerization initiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
