PURPOSE: A writing tool with a PDA pen is provided to form a PDA pen at one side of a writing tool housing integrally with the writing tool housing. CONSTITUTION: A PDA pen(14) is formed on the tip portion of the upper side of a writing tool housing(8) so as to allow a user to input a required information on a PDA screen. In other embodiments, a PDA pen is formed on the tip portion of a lower cover of a writing tool housing or the ring of a writing tool housing.
