FIELD: agricultural engineering; briquetting of food. SUBSTANCE: proposed press contains housing accommodating conical auger and pressing unit. Pressing unit includes conical case coupled with housing and accommodating conical pressing head. Said head contains mincing knives, riffled splitting surface and forming surface in form of arc slots. Arc slots are pointed to side opposite to rotation of pressing head. Conical case is provided with holes to let out gases. Neck for introduction of mineral additions is installed from top in place of connection of auger housing and pressing unit case, and gas and juice outlet channels are made in bottom.
