PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water solar cell module and a water solar cell power supply device which can be directly floated on the water, can generate power in accordance with power required for a user can be easily installed in a short time.

SOLUTION: The water solar cell module is provided with a sheath 10 for floating on the water and a solar cell panel 1 located on the upper side of the sheath 10. Preferably, the sheath 10 has a box-like form opening its upper side. Further preferably, the sheath 10 includes a recess 14 which is recessed toward the inside of the sheath 10 on its downside surface, and the recess 14 has depth to avoid the bottom from being sunk in water. A storage battery or the like is located inside of the water solar cell module to comprise the water solar cell power unit.
