摘要 PURPOSE: A coating composition for siliconizing diffusion is provided which is capable of securing high silicon content and improving coating property and work surface characteristics when coating the composition on flat rolled magnetic steel sheet by adding ultra-fine SiO2 powder and alumina powder to Fe-Si based calcined powder. CONSTITUTION: The coating composition for siliconizing diffusion comprises 100 weight parts of Fe-Si based calcined powder having a particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 325 mesh and containing 20 to 70 wt.% of Si; a colloidal silica solution containing 15 to 30 weight parts of silica solid based on the Fe-Si based calcined powder; and 0.2 to 3.5 weight parts of one or more of materials selected from fine SiO2 powder, alumina powder and alumina sol based on the solid content, wherein the Fe-Si based calcined powder is Fe-Si based complex compound powder.
